About the project

This project is about the educational activities that can be done throughout a school year.
The purpose of this project is to emphasize the importance of educational activities in training the skills needed in everyday life.

AIMS

We mainly aim to give our students opportunities to apply their knowledge in real-life settings and truly experience life in all of its forms; to provide students and teachers with the abilities of the 21st century skills such as collaboration and teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, leadership, initiative, responsibility, entrepreneurship and technology and to see teacher’s role in class as a guide.

WORK PROCESS

Project will start in September and finish in June.Here are some of the activities and many more will be established with our partners.
-In September:Knowing each other;Logo, Poster and Logo Results
-In October:EU CODE WEEK 2020; International Day of Nonviolence;International Day of Older People;International Animal Day
-In November:International Day of Tolerance;International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women
-In December:Hour of Code; International Day of People with Disabilities, International Volunteer Day; Christmas Time
-In January:International Day of Nonviolence in Schools;
-In February: World Cancer Day; Valentine's Day
-In March:International Women's Day;International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination; International Forest Day;
-In April:International Autism Day;World Health Day;
-In May: Europe Day ;Biological Diversity
-In June:Children's Day;World Environment Day;
Each partner will coordinate at least an activity.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Expected impact of the project is:
on the students:
-They will be familiar with new learning styles,
-They will explore ways in which they may become more actively engaged in their own learning,
-They will develop skills that are required on the employment market .
-They will improve their social skills and they will create friendships,
-They will gain experience in new teaching methods,
-They will learn about teaching with the support of newest digital tools and devices,
-They will experience how cross curricular activities may develop in a classroom environment,
-They will learn how to create and use/reuse resource materials in the classroom,
-They will improve language skills.
Each activity will be finished with a common product (magazine, e-book,puzzle,quiz,padlet and so on).
